Employee Benefit Trends for IMEs
In this session, we will focus on benefits trends and practical issues related to International Mobile Employees with regard to risk benefits, medical benefits and pensions issues. Representatives from AXA Winterthur, AXA PPP healthcare and Nordben Life & Pension Insurance will provide an overview of the employee benefits developments for Third Country Nationals and Expatriates.
Captive Reinsurance
Risk sharing and premium transfer to a captive continues to be a hot topic. Barry Perkins of HSBC will lead us through the different steps of his company’s captive reinsurance approach: the decision to work with a captive, the resources devoted to this project, the implementation process and conclusions so far. IGP will then provide an overview of our captive capabilities and how these can address the client’s specific needs, both from a product and service perspective.
Introducing Corporate Benefit Guidelines
Victoria Gibbard, Regional Benefits Manager at PepsiCo, will share her experiences on their policy on Corporate Benefit Guidelines – a strategy to have a more centralized employee benefits approach, combined with an increased awareness of pooling.
